Tilgjengeligheten er utmerket. Chat, telefon og mail store deler av døgnet 6-24 Eneste man betaler "gebyr" på er årlig kortgebyr.
Har vært kunde i snart 20 år, godt fornøyd! Veldig god nettbank/app og virker som de ligger foran konkurrenter på den teknologiske fronten.

One week ago I made a booking through nett, I was not aware that this agent was not serious. After a few minutes I called them to on hold my transaction on my visa credit. They said that they are not allowed unless they will get a confirmation of cancellation. I told them that I got the confirmation of cancellation and I can send to them, but they want me to asked the agent where I made the booking to send to Sbanken. I explain that this agent who selling tickets is not possible to contact them neither to phone or e-mail I tried many times. I have also explain that the cancellation is made after 5-10 minutes after the booking, because I found out that something is wrong but Sbanken doesn't take serious my situation. Now i lost 17,634 thousand kroner for nothing. I dont understand that they don't hear me or even help me to on hold the payment. In this case there is no use to use Sbanken they don't help their client or even listen. Instead they just say that wait until the money will transfer and then make a Reklamasjon hos Sbanken. Now a swindler withdraw a 17,634.46 Norwegian kroner in my account. Reklamasjon doesn't help. So, there is no reason to continue using Sbanken if they just let their client treating this way.
