When I first applied for a mortgage, the staff literally laughed at me. Fortunately, I was able to secure financing with another bank, and after 5 years, I am now close to paying off my mortgage. If you need in-person assistance, expect a frustrating experience—customer service has been consistently poor. The only redeeming aspect is their online banking, which functions adequately. My one-star rating reflects the complete lack of professionalism and support. Rather than making clients feel valued, interactions often come across as dismissive, condescending, and, in my case, outright disrespectful.
We are truly sorry to hear you had a bad experience with one of our advisors several months ago. There are several reasons why we cannot always find solutions, and in those cases our advisors are supposed to help the customer make a good plan for how to achieve their goal - for instance reach the financial stability to acquire a house loan. I am very disappointed with the services of Haugesund Sparebank. Since the ability to make international transfers was restricted, I have faced significant inconveniences. The alternative solution suggested by the bank also failed to resolve the issue, leaving me no choice but to look for services from another provider. I believe that the level of service provided does not meet the needs of modern customers, especially considering that international transfers are an essential part of daily life for many people. For these reasons, I have decided to discontinue using the services of Haugesund Sparebank. I do not recommend this tank to anyone.
Byttet hit fra DNB for 22 år siden,angrer på at jeg ikke gjorde det før. Greie hjelpsome ansatte,filial i Aksdal med god parkering,minibank og kort vei til skranken for dem som er litt dårlig til bens. LItt dårlige renter på plasseringskonto,men OK
Lite behjelpelige i skranken,dømmende Ringer ikke tilbake ved avtaler om feks boliglån
Vi har så positiv erfaring med kontoret i Aksdal, her er vi godt tatt vare på med egen rådgiver og drop-in mulighet. De er profesjonelle, ryddige, støttende - vi kjenner ikke igjen noen av de negative beskrivelsene her inne. Det kan dermed være greit å vite at banken har mer enn ett enkelt kontor.
Henger etter med papirarbeid. Sendte mail angående bolig for ca 1 måned siden, har enda ikke fott svar. Som igjen førte til boligen ble solgt.
