I am incredibly disappointed with this insurance company. Despite paying my premiums on time, they continued to demand more payments from me, claiming I still owed money even though I had already paid. I had to call numerous times to try to resolve the issue, and every time I spoke to someone, I would get different answers. One representative would say everything was fine, while another would insist I needed to pay more. The lack of consistency and communication is beyond frustrating. Their customer service is awful - it takes forever to get through, and when you do, no one seems to know what's going on. I am deeply dissatisfied and regret choosing this company. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
