Super unprofessional customer service! You call the number provided in the email and on the contract and you can't resolve your issue! During the call, they transfer you from one person to another, even up to 5-6 transfers before they find the right person to talk to you about the matter! They really don't know who is responsible for what in a given matter! It even happens that you are transferred 5 times and after 30 minutes they disconnect your call and start all over again... drama! Insurance for a smartwatch worth 8 thousand nok awarded 890 nok! Seriously?
