Telenor used to be more responsive and had better response time when they were giving you a compensation for the times they could not provide internet. Today it’s just a loss for the consumer who pays an already expensive service. Now, it’s just feels they have the monopoly where I live and regardless of how expensive they are compared to other internet providers they just have the market advantage. I can’t understand how Norway can allow this. Competition is always good for consumer.
