Flott service og lettvint å bruke nettbanken. Det er rask respons og flott og god veiledning.
Although its customer service on phone was better and nicer, Sparebank1 Nord-Norge, Bodø office is horrible. it took us 2 months to open a new bank account without bankID at Sparebank1 Nord-Norge, while at other bank only 2 weeks. We had to come back and forth just to send the application, waited 2 weeks for the application being approved, then came back to their office to sign the contract, waited another 3 weeks to get card, and then came back and forth to "beg" for the BankID which we are totally eligible to have but their staff kept finding reason to not providing us. The service we received at this bank is the worst. The woman at Bodø office had a discriminating and unfriendly attitude toward us. We observed how she treated Norwegian customers and foreigner customers differently, I just hope it's not racism. This bank is clearly no-no for us. We experienced with Sparebank1 SR and it was different. We received a more professional and more respectful service.
Har vert kunde i over 40 år. Og vil sikkert være det lenge til.
