Customer support is great. Always reachable and extremely helpful. It's also one of the cheapest on the market making it extremely competitive and great value for money. The only downside I can find is the phone/computer apps need a lot of improvement. E.g. On the telephone app there is no function whatsoever to be able to open a dial pad, input a telephone number and make a phone call. For a phone app designed to manage and make phone calls, it's a little mind blowing and frustrating to not have that. For our daily use these apps are a bit problematic so it impacts our business specifically in a big way.
